Sarah Y. Kim is WYPR’s health and housing reporter. Kim is WYPR's Report for America corps member, and Anthony Brandon Fellow.   • Amazon's announcement of a pause in development of its second headquarters, in suburban Washington, D.C., is raising questions about the impact on the local economy.
  • The Baltimore County School Board votes to terminate the public schools’ chief auditor. The board is also meeting in a special closed session Monday as the county superintendent comes under increasing fire. Gov.
